At sirap77, every bet you place counts. Our VIP Rewards programme is designed to recognise loyal players — the more you play, the higher your VIP tier, and the greater the privileges you enjoy. From automatic weekly cashback to exclusive tables and a personal account manager, this is a programme that delivers real value.
✔ 5 VIP tiers | ✔ Cashback up to 15% | ✔ Credited every Monday
Each tier unlocks greater privileges — from Bronze all the way up to Diamond.
Most online casino platforms have a loyalty programme — but most of them are complicated, full of confusing conditions, and make rewards frustratingly difficult to claim. sirap77 does things differently. Our VIP Rewards Programme is built on one core principle: easy to understand, fully automatic, and rewards that players can genuinely feel.
Here's how it works. Every time you place a bet — whether at the baccarat table, on slots, at a live blackjack table, or on any other game at sirap77 — you automatically earn VIP points. The rate is simple: every RM 200 wagered equals 1 VIP point. Points accumulate throughout the current calendar month and will determine your VIP tier for the following month.
Most importantly, cashback is credited automatically to your account every Monday — no action required on your end. No claim forms, no need to contact support, no layered rollover requirements. It goes straight in, and you can use it to keep playing or withdraw it immediately.
The sirap77 VIP points system tracks your total wagering within the current month. This means every ringgit you wager — not your deposits, but the actual amount staked in-game — counts toward your VIP points.
A quick example: say you're playing live baccarat and your total wagers for the month reach RM 22,000. That places you in the VIP Gold tier (RM 20,000 – RM 74,999), entitling you to 7% cashback on your weekly net losses. If your net loss for that week is RM 800, a cashback of RM 56 will be automatically credited to your sirap77 account the following Monday.
It's important to understand that cashback is calculated based on net losses — not total deposits. Your net loss is your total deposits minus your total withdrawals within that weekly period. This means cashback only applies when you've actually lost — it's a safety net, not just another bonus.
Many sirap77 members set VIP Gold as their first target, and it's easy to see why. At the Gold tier, you don't just get a better 7% cashback rate — you also gain access to VIP Gold tables with higher betting limits, up to RM 10,000 per hand for blackjack and baccarat.
VIP Gold members also enjoy withdrawals processed in under 1 hour — compared to 1 to 3 hours for regular members. A weekly 15% reload bonus is available exclusively to Gold and above, meaning every deposit you make on a Wednesday automatically receives an additional 15%, up to a set limit. For players who play consistently every week, this adds up to significant value over time.
For players who are truly serious about online casino gaming, the Platinum and Diamond tiers at sirap77 offer privileges that go far beyond higher cashback rates. Platinum members gain access to Malay-speaking dealers at selected tables — something rarely offered by any other online casino platform in Malaysia. This means you can communicate with the dealer in your native language, making the experience more comfortable and personal.
Diamond members enjoy something truly exceptional: a personal account manager available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These account managers are more than just support representatives — they are trained professionals who understand your needs as a VIP player, can assist with everything from technical questions to financial matters, and are always reachable via a dedicated direct line provided when you attain Diamond status.
Diamond members also receive invitations to exclusive sirap77 events held from time to time — including private casino tournaments, special gift programs, and select gatherings for chosen players across Malaysia.
As mentioned, sirap77 VIP cashback is credited automatically every Monday and can be used to play again or withdrawn straight away — with no additional rollover requirements. This is a significant advantage over many other platforms that impose rollover conditions on cashback before you can make a withdrawal.
For withdrawals, sirap77 supports all major Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are in MYR with no hidden fees. For VIP Diamond members, withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes with full priority handling by the sirap77 finance team.
If you want to reach a higher VIP tier faster, there are a few strategies that can help. First, focus your play on one or two game types you're most comfortable with — this is not only more efficient strategically, but also helps you accumulate VIP points faster compared to spreading small bets across many different games.
Second, make the most of sirap77's weekly reload bonuses and regular promotions — these give you more funds to play with, which directly boosts your wagering totals and the VIP points you accumulate. Third, set a consistent playing schedule — members who play regularly each week tend to level up significantly faster than those who play large amounts only occasionally.

Real experiences from members who have enjoyed the benefits of the VIP Rewards programme.
"I've been a sirap77 Gold VIP member for eight months now. What I love most is the automatic cashback every Monday — no effort needed, the funds just appear. This month I received RM 340 cashback from last week's net losses. Withdrawable immediately with no rollover requirements. It's a world apart from other platforms that make you jump through dozens of hoops first."
"Just hit Platinum last month. The biggest difference is the withdrawal speed — funds land in my account within 45 minutes. Before, I was waiting up to 3 hours. Having a Malay-speaking dealer is a great touch too; it feels a lot more comfortable being able to chat a bit in BM while playing baccarat. sirap77 really understands what local players need."
"The Diamond personal account manager is on a completely different level. He knows me, knows what games I enjoy, and whenever there's an issue — like that one time a bonus was slow to credit — he sorted it out in under 10 minutes. I've never felt like just another number. If anyone asks me which platform to play on, I'd recommend sirap77 without a second thought."
